Includes a little of most things, including our family favorite cuts, pork chops that have the most excellent marbling and taste so clean and sweet, and a shoulder roast that is great on the smoker, or as a roast for a meal that pleases everyone.

• 4 packages Chops (2 chops per package)
• 1 Rack Spare Ribs
• 1 Shoulder (Butt) Roast (2.5-3 pounds)
• 1 pound Bacon
• 1 pound Pork Brat (4 brats)
• 1 Pound Kielbasa (4 brats)
• 1 Pound Italian (4 brats)
• 1 pound bulk Ginger, Sage, & Maple Breakfast Sausage
• 1 pound bulk Chorizo
