Tomatoes

Date

Nothing screams summer quite like tomatoes right off the vine, warm from the sun. Life is too short to eat tomatoes that have the texture of styrofoam and taste like an old sponge. We wait months and months for the taste of those first tomatoes and then are quickly overwhelmed with how many there are! Loving on tomatoes shouldn’t be hard, they should make summer easy and dinner delightful. We grow slicers that are great for burgers AND salads, snacking tomatoes that are great to just snack on OR make a salad with…no lettuce required.

If you are feeling overrun and need some inspiration, here are some recipes. Don’t forget you can always toss them in the freezer to use in the depths of winter (pro-tip: freeze them in the portions you think you might use them in).
